The property is composed of a main villa with 4 doubles, and a guest house with one double bedroom and one bedroom with a French bed, located on the premises of the property grounds a few meters from the villa. The property consists of ten hectares of olive groves and woods located on the nearest Lucca hills, 200 meters of altitude above the town.
Due to the enlightening system of the houses, each room is extremely bright and the original window shutters, like a piece of art, create shade in summer and catch the light deeply in winter.
White sculptures are exposed in the various parts of the villa, both indoor and outdoor.
The central part of the main house is organized around a spectacular staircase represented as a red dazzling evening dress. Rock of white marble appears on the three floors of the main villa. Architecture, furniture, lamps, sculptures, almost everything has been conceived, designed and customized for the villa by the owners.
The very special feature of the house is the hydraulic roof which can be opened thanks to six pistons at a 30° angle, like the wings of a butterfly. It is the first house in the world with a hydraulic roof. This allows natural ventilation to cool the house and bring to the villa a very unique and magic sensation of literally sleeping under the stars.
The pool is perfect for swimming with sixteen metres in length, another larger area for playing and a hydromassage area, all for twenty-six meters in length.
