OTTOCENTO, from Senso to Sissi. City of Women.
Coinciding with two dates, the Italian celebrations for the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy and the coincidence of Mardi Gras with the March 8, International Women’s Day, the 2011 edition will stretch an extra weekend.
The event will close with a spectacular and quiet rowing race along the Grand Canal, which will be illuminated for the occasion only by candlelight, symbolic and evocative gesture of reunion with the city.
