"Would you recommend your villa?: Absolutely! It was even better than the photos! Every detail was perfect, we were so happy there. This is exactly what you want from an Italian home rental experience, everyone in our party was thrilled.
Service before travel: Excellent, Serena and her colleagues at HQ were top notch.
Service while on trip: Helpful and responsive.
Villa location: Easy to access, beautifully set among the olive grove with a lovely view of the lake, and with no one too close. Perfect.
Staff in the villa: The housecleaners were great, making everything spotless each day.
Cleanliness: Perfect.
Home in Italy assistance: Great throughout the entire experience, from first contact to check-out.

Comments: My only criticism is that your catalogue photos did not do the property full justice! It has an amazing and spacious common area and yet we had to ask for additional photos to even get a sense there was such a great space for our party to lunge and hang out in. Same with the terrace outside the living area overlooking the lake. Feature such great assets!."

"We dreamt of temporarily living in an Umbrian farm house.. and we did!
The house is in the perfect location of exploring Italy. With visits to Rome, the Umbria Jazz Festival in Perugia, Bologna, Assisi and San Gimignano, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We had a Chef (Mattia) who blessed us with the best 8 fish, pasta and Umbrian cuisine. A working note: the Chef had a blast with the kitchen, a chefs DREAM! To top it off, we enjoyed a one of a kind experience with a “pizzaiolo”, who (with Chef Mattia) made the most outstanding 4 cours pizza meal using the outdoor pizza oven. Not to mention the al fresco dining, while watching the sunset.
Our little Layla (6 pound dog) took on a new personality and engaged herself with exploration and discovering something we never expected. Tina, the house keeper, is loving and kind. Mark, the house manager, was very prompt on responding to all requests texts and calls. Tough we are constantly travelling, it’s safe to say that our stay spent here we’ll go down in our history as one of the most memorable vacation we’ve taken.

"The house and property are exceptional. The design of the home combines old world charm with modern industrial and it is perfectly blended. The views from every room are gorgeous and all look onto Lake Trasimeno--stunning. The pool is also beautifully designed and situated. Every amenity is in the house and it is perfect for groups or families. Great day trips and the host provided an excellent listing of local restaurants which we tried and they were all great. The pictures on the web do not do the home justice. It is much more beautiful in real life. "
