Situated in the heart of Tuscany between Siena and Florence, this villa, owned for centuries by an Italian aristocratic family, is encircled by spectacular gardens offering breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. Originally dating back to 1400, with additional construction undertaken between 1700 – 1800, the entire residence was sympathetically restructured in 1997. The villa has four floors which give a total area of 1500 msq. In front of the villa, close to the pool area, there are two guesthouses which can be rented on request to increase the capacity to 35 people. If they are not rented they will remain closed. The second guest house is approximately 450 msq.
All the bedrooms in the property have private en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower (with a small number of exceptions which only have a shower), air conditioning, a phone, a safe, a hair dryer and a television. The main villa, which looks similar to a castle, has various living rooms all decorated and furnished in elegant and comfortable 19th century furnishings. Particularly pleasant are the various furnished terraces, which offer a range of settings in which to enjoy dinner or breakfast. A staff of seven work every day to clean the villa, carry out maintenance work, take care of the gardens and to assist guests. The staff live in a separate house independent from the villa to ensure complete privacy for guests. Guests can enjoy superb and unforgettable dinners either outside or inside the villa.

access by internal and external staircases, living room, 1 double bedroom, en suite bathroom. large kitchen (professional equipment) three dining rooms all connected together, each with circular table that comfortably seats 12. the dining rooms have french windows opening onto a spectacular terrace furnished to eat and gazebos for shade. first class dinners with silver serving plates are served. Tv room, room with table games and bar, tv, and fridge. 1 double bedroom decorated with frescoes, en suite bathroom with shower. 1 bathroom. suite: small sitting room, fridge, 1 double bedroom, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and double basin. small church. 1 single bedroom, en suite bathroom. green suite: small sitting room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, en suite bathroom.

€6000 in cash to be paid upon arrival for food and wine (refundable in case not requested), all the utilities are on consumption and must be paid in cash upon departure/check out, the kitchen can be used only by the villa staff. Please note that on the prices of the extra services there is a surcharge of 21% Italian lodging tax, which is not included in the price.

Many many thanks for allowing us to stay in your spectacular villa this past week. Every aspect of the villa – the setting, the house, the furnishings and most especially the staff – was perfect. The team led by Matthew provided the best service I have ever experienced. And the food was superb! From the quality of ingredients to the preparation to the presentation, each meal was better than the next.
I hope to see you if you ever happen to be in Dallas. I will surely contact you when I am next in Italy.
