Situated only 2 kms from Poggio Mirteto, a typical ancient village of the Sabina area in the northern part of Lazio, San Valentino is set in the middle of a valley in a panoramic position. For 180 degrees, the view is of valleys broken up by high hills in which distinctive, ancient villages are situated. A splendid spacious garden surrounds the villa, rich with a diversity of flowers and plants of various types. The property is completely fenced-in and to arrive at the villa there is a private 100 metre gravel road. A large brick pergola furnished for outside eating is attached to the house adjacent to the kitchen equipped with a big table for up to 16 people. The large pool and the pool house are at the back of the house. There is also a laundry room and a big stone oven. Inside the villa, lots of space has been dedicated to the living area, divided into rooms that are all accessible, one to the other. Around the villa there are many pathways for walking in the countryside.
