Recently restored, Trullo Noce is set on the crest of a hill in the Fasano region. The town is popular with tourists for its arts and crafts and agricultural heritage and its sandy beach and is near to the Brindisi to Bari motorway. The property is only 2 minutes from the town and 10 minutes from the sea and is reached along a short track. The trullo and swimming pool are positioned on two levels; on one there is the property, a beautiful arbour (complete with sofas), and a stunning view of the sea. There is also a scenic area with an open kitchen complete with hobs, a barbeque and a sink, which stands next to an arbour built into the brickwork. On the higher level there is the swimming pool and a garden peppered with olive trees. The area around the garden is surrounded by other country houses which are hidden by vegetation and are set on different levels, thus ensuring privacy in virtually all areas of the property. Under the arbour, there is access to other residences separate from Trullo Noce. Inside, the trullo is attractive, new and furnished in a contemporary style. The bedrooms are cosy and original with the traditional cone-shaped ceiling of the trullo, and the kitchen and living areas are light and practical. The swimming pool is at about 6 meters from the villa.
