This beautiful property comprising four ancient trulli was renovated in 2008 and is now a comfortable villa for 6 people with private pool.
Ca de Sass can be found 5 minutes from Cisternino, in the heart of the Vale d’Itria and Ostuni, the famous white city, is 15 minutes away by car.
The villa has a fenced garden of 1500 sqm with parking area, swimming pool, a spacious pergola leading from the kitchen and an outdoor kitchen with sink. A few steps lead to the infinity pool, which looks out onto the typical countryside of Puglia covered with olive trees.
The interior of this typical Puglia villa has been renovated to a high standard using the only best quality materials and has spacious bathrooms.
The architect Andrea Bricchi with a brilliant idea has united these ancient trulli, transforming each one into bathrooms or bedrooms and connecting them with a new spacious building which serves as an open plan living room with lounge and kitchen.
A corridor leads to the bedrooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. The furnishings are deliberately simple, the owners choice, who wants to respect the identity of this rural home. To reach Ca de Sass there is a well kept unsurfaced road.
