very good Hi monina we really enjoyed our holiday - everything about the villa was great, we have no complaints whatsoever. i like to especially thank roberto as he was a really nice man, he cooked for us one night and was always very pleasant and helpful. i also like to say thanks to you for your help when we got lost en route to the villa. i realise it was very late at night and you were very kind and helpful on the phone. roberto was also in nice spirits when we met us and directed us to the villa. we all really appreciate you and roberto's kindness. i will definately consider booking through home in italy in the future. many thanks ciao nikki |

excellent The overall impression of our stay was excellent, the property met our expectations, especially about the location (there were a lot of thins to do nearby) and the whether in Italy. Home In Italy gave us accurate information and good assistance during our stay. The caretaker of Virgoletta was very helpful and the maid service was good. I will sincerely consider to book my holiday again through Home In Italy. |

very good I've attached a copy of the feedback form for your review, but let me say this villa was wonderful! We have rented many villas over the past 10 years, and this was one of the best. It had everything we were looking for - great kitchen for preparing all our tasty meals, bedrooms with lots of privacy, a beautiful pool and lots of outdoor sitting areas with a BBQ, great views over the Umbrian valleys and close enough to town to easily get supplies but far enough away to give us the privacy and peace and quiet that we were looking for. And there were other bonuses - the fact that you got Busatti towels and robes (changed twice a week), and the caretaker would bring us roses from the gardens and fresh vegetables to use in our salads. And the owner had even stocked the place for us with staples like water, butter, coffee, etc. - this was so considerate. We never know what to expect when we first arrive, so it might be a good idea to let future renters know that there are some things at this villa (eg. plastic wrap, paper towels, toilet paper, salt & pepper, etc.) as we purchased all these not knowing if we needed them or not. As for location - it was the best! We were tucked away on a private "white" road but just minutes away from the highway with easy access to lots of great places in both Umbria & Tuscany. It's unfortunate the weather turned cool during our last week, but it gave us a chance to take advantage of the lovely fireplace in the living room. Not that it was that cold, but it made for a very romantic evening with wine and good food. The entertainment centre was also a bonus. However, we're not much for watching television when we're on vacation so didn't take much advantage of it. let me say an excellent villa which I would highly recommend to my friends. Also, while we were in Italy this time, we did invest in a fractional ownership, so I'm not sure if we'll need to rent villas much in the future, but if we do, we'll certainly use your company again. And if you're ever looking for Canadian representation, please let me know.
