From there we organize all the local assistance provided by our representatives in all the regions where our holiday villas are located. This also gives us the real opportunity to constantly monitor the properties and to ensure excellent local customer service.

Among all the holiday villas we visit every year, we only select a 20% for our portfolio. They are newly restored and each have different styles of interior design. They boast nice and elegant interior design, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchens, well maintained bathrooms, high end furniture, fittings and fabrics. Outside the holiday villas have beautiful gardens and private swimming pools. We pay close attention to the tranquillity of the surrounding environment. This insures a quiet atmosphere and guarantees total privacy.
