Palazzuolo is a charming villa built in the 15th century, located upon a hill, in the heart of the Chianti region. The location is ideal, lying just about halfway between Florence and Siena and just a short distance from the highway connecting the two cities. The villa is situated in a thousand year old hamlet, surrounded by olive trees, roses and a variety of Mediterranean plants. The large swimming pool is at about 40 mts from the villa, by the pool there is a shady gazebo and a changing room with a fridge. Palazzuolo is flanked on one side by a wide courtyard with covered pergola and dining table, ideal to dine “al fresco” and admire the stunning view of the surroundings.
The interior furnishings of the property are a delightful blend of modern style combined with antiques, the villa has lovely original terracotta tiled floors.The kitchen is brand-new and fully equipped, the dining room is spacious with a hundred year old fireplace. All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have their own en suite bathrooms.
The owners live next door in a completely separate house, therefore ensuring total privacy for guests, whilst at the same time they can provide useful local information, to make your experience as enjoyable and authentic as possible. The main villa and the guest house are just 20 mts apart. The guest house has its own independent garden, connected to the main villa by a gate.The guest house could be rented separately from the main villa.

The quality of the guest house is less superb and more simple then Palazzuolo, it also offers less privacy, since next to the guest house there is another small property where other people could stay.
