Teti is a luxury holiday seafront villa for rent in Sicily of exceptional beauty, set in a quiet residential area with an idyllic position, right on the beach of Fontane Bianche, a lovely authentic Italian seaside village few kilometres from Siracusa, the perfect location for an upscale beach vacation in Italy.
The beach in front of villa Teti is made of smooth rocks with creeks that form small natural pools; the sea is clear and blue, and it is perfect also for families with children. Beyond the sea, the villa offers a lovely swimming pool with a hydromassage corner and many outdoor areas for outdoor dining or simply relax.
Teti has been recently renovated and transformed into an elegant and comfortable holiday villa, with great attention to details and quality. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, in 6 large, airy and bright bedrooms all with private bathroom and terrace with sea view, air conditioning, TV, minibar and safe. The furniture in the bedrooms is simple and reflects the colors of the sea and evokes the myths of Syracuse.
Outdoor, there are many little outdoor corners where to admire a beautiful and spectacular sunset; the villa is surrounded by terraces equipped with tables, sunbeds and umbrellas and has an outdoor kitchen perfect for a BBQ party. A suggestive swimming pool and direct access to the beach make this villa the perfect location for a luxury retreat in one of the most prestigious seaside resort of Sicily, well known for its crystalline sea.

Villa Teti is having a complete make-over and it should be ready for the 2024 season. Once the restyling works will be finished, descriptions and photos will be available. The staff lives in the basement of the villa (one person, entrance from the garden). The parking space of the villa is just outside the property, along the road leading to the villa. Bedrooms and bathrooms are of modest dimensions. Please note that the bedrooms do not have proper wardrobes, but are equipped with a recess covered by a curtain where it is possible to place clothes. Privacy from the terrace with gym equipment might be slightly compromised.
