A neo-gothic home wholly renovated, Avorio has been exquisitely furnished to be a Tuscan 5-star home away from home, a perfectly private getaway situated within a short drive to Chianciano, and at eighty kilometres from Siena. It can be rented as a 7-bedroom or even 4-bedroom villa.
Originally built in the late 1800s by an aristocratic Tuscan family, Avorio is an intimate setting and the ideal place for an exclusive Italian vacation, family and friends reunions, private meetings or wedding celebrations.
Within its twenty-three hectares of the private property mainly with olive trees, it is a space that you are able to adapt to your needs, whether this is an exclusive group booking, or a private bed and breakfast getaway. On the property, there is a ten minutes walk pathway.
The ideal location of the villa between Chiusi and Chianciano with its thermal baths, and at a short distance to several attractive destinations: Siena is at one-hour drive, the Trasimeno Lake is at half an hour, 1,20h from Florence. Also, Cortona can be easily reached in fifty minutes.
