a street runs towards the back of the property. Please expect some road noise in that area. The pool and front garden are located in the opposite direction, away from the street. The professional kitchen can only be used by the staff: in case guests don't include the full staff package, they have to hire a chef and staff either provided by themselves or arranged through the agency.
