Villa Arco, a luxury 4-bedroom Italian villa for rent, is perfectly located in a strategic position at Lake Garda in Italy. This high end vacation rental, situated in the northern lakes area, is ideal for those who like a holiday of culture, events and utmost comfort. Overlooking Lake Garda, Gardone Riviera can be reached in only seven kilometres. Also, Brescia, a famous historical and cultural city, can be easily visited. Verona (on a ninety-kilometre distance) is internationally known for its Arena, a theatre of incomparable atmosphere that hosts famous works during the summer opera season.
The villa is surrounded by green hills in a completely peaceful location. Nearby the villa there is another villa with its own garden. Both the villas share the main entrance of the estate, while privacy is totally guaranteed in all the other areas.
The Villa has been designed in the twenties by Giancarlo Maroni, famous as the architect of the "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of the Italian Poet Gabriele D'Annunzio.
Guests will enjoy an elegant residence, which has maintained and respected its historical roots, but at the same time, the villa can offer all the amenities and services of a modern structure.
Villa Arco, located 300 meters above sea level, has four master bedrooms suites decorated with maximum comfort and with attention to detail, using marble in the bathrooms, wooden decorations, sheets and sponges made of precious textiles. All recently renewed while maintaining the original furnishing styled by the designer who could count the famous villa of the Italian Poet Gabriele D’Annunzio among his works, each with TV and private bathroom.
The house features air conditioning and two bedrooms have a terrace and lake view.
In the outdoor area, the guests of Villa Arco can gather around the table for meals under the shade of a large umbrella.
While admiring the spectacular lake view, guests can relax in the heated Jacuzzi, accommodating 6 or 8 people, or have a bath in the swimming pool. For sports lovers, the villa also offers a gym. A barbecue with wood is available for guests’ use. A fruit garden also gives the guests the possibility to enjoy freshly picked fruit. The nearest village is Toscolano Maderno, where it is possible to find a supermarket and various shops.
