With the typical structure of a property dating back to the 1940s, this exclusive holiday villa for rent in Italy rests on the Baveno hills, in the Lake Maggiore area and consists of three floors. Luxury Villa Elena is immersed in a park of 20.000 square meters, partially made up of a large pine forest that creates a peaceful atmosphere and is only interrupted by some birds singing.
By looking through the many windows inside the villa, or by sipping a drink at the poolside, you can enjoy all the charm of Lake Maggiore, in particular the Borromeo Gulf, which with its three islands represents undoubtedly the most elegant area.
The three-floor villa has an elegant and sober style, embellished with soft colours that, together with the large windows, make the rooms bright and give a sense of freedom. The spacious, carefully restored windows make this villa so unique; they dominate every room and allow you to enjoy a breathtaking lake view.
The sleeping area is located on the upper floor, which is accessed by an impressive wooden staircase, fully recovered and restored during the renovation. The floor is paved with solid oak wood. There are five bedrooms, all furnished with high quality standards and comfort. Each room is equipped with elegant curtains, refined bedding and a TV.
The wellness area on the basement floor is accessible from indoors or directly from the garden. The Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, professional gym equipment can be used as an alternative to full relaxation, such as relaxing on comfortable loungers or sipping herbal tea prepared in the infusion corner. Upon request, you can book massages of any kind.
Adjacent to the wellness area, they created a multifunctional area with exposed stone walls, a TV and sofas. Also, from this place, an impressive lake view is guaranteed with direct access to the garden, through three large glass door windows.
Villa Elena is very easy to reach: located less than sixty kilometres from Milan Malpensa airport, it is conveniently reachable by motorway or train from the train station Milano Centrale in about an hour. Baveno is a few kilometres from Switzerland, where the refined Ascona is worth visiting. From the villa, you can also reach Lake Como in about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Villa Elena is less than five kilometres from Stresa, an elegant tourist place, from where boats leave to visit the famous Borromean Islands.

the villa is located in a residential district; therefore there are neighbours all around. Although Villa Elena is in a very top hill position, privacy might be compromised by the swimming pool. The owners of the villa live in a nearby house, but privacy is guaranteed. Small pets allowed on request and upon extra charge. Smoking only outdoors. Villa not suitable for disabled. External chefs and third-party providers are not allowed at the villa.
