Set amidst the villages of Lenno and Argegno, the luxury villa Atena dominates Como lake from its western side, discovering it for almost 180 degrees. This contemporary 6-bedroom villa is available for weekly rentals, and for shorter stays during low and mid-season. It is more than a luxury retreat, it is an invitation to have exclusive breaks in such an iconic landscape that will recharge mind and soul.
Set on two floors, the villa has a small garden of 2500 m2 which hosts an 18-meter infinity swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi. The villa accommodates up to twelve guests in four master rooms and in two standard bedrooms.
The open space area hosts the dining area, the kitchen and the sitting area, from which it is possible to enjoy a high-drama visual impact of the lake throughout the floor-to-ceiling picture window.
The kitchen, well equipped with high standard domestic appliances, features a glass door that leads to a small inner courtyard and a kitchen garden.
Restaurants and food shops are within walking distance from villa Atena. The nearest airport is Milano Malpensa, distant about one hour by car (75 kilometres) from the property.
Outside, the barbecue area and the dining area enjoy the same panorama. The several terraces around the outdoor area allow you to experience unforgettable aperitifs while marvelling at mesmerizing sunsets.

fenced-in garden, pets not allowed. The road towards the entrance of the villa is quite steep. Atena is located along a secondary road which might cause noise at times while being in the outdoor area. Atena does have neighbours in the area. Due to several steps in the outdoor pool area, we recommend paying attention to small children.
