Built on a Sardinian promontory overlooking the Gulf of Pevero, just a few minutes away from Porto Cervo, you can find Stella, a luxury large villa for holiday rentals set in Pantogia, a residential zone located in a hilly area, from which you can admire the wonderful jagged landscape of the well known ‘Costa Smeralda’.
This villa features seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms and is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. It also offers a heated infinity swimming pool. Down under the pool area, there is a lovely terrace that offers privacy and creates a separate cosy angle away from the rest of the garden.
In addition to a magnificent view of the Gulf of Pevero, Stella has spacious interiors as well as exteriors finely furnished, which gives the idea of a house in which to live all year round.
The fully fenced in the garden has a parking area for three cars. From the parking, you can reach the floor where there is a large living room divided into a lounge TV area on one side, and a dining room on the other. The large windows that run along the two sides of the living room, not only allows you to enjoy the sea view, it also gives you direct access to a furnished terrace and the garden.
The villa is a family-friendly property in which to live in maximum comfort and in the impeccable good taste of the furnishings.
On two sides of the villa, in correspondence with the bedroom doors, pleasant outdoor areas furnished with sofas, chairs and sheltered by a masonry ceiling have been created, in order to create privacy for each person in the group.
