The fenced in garden surrounds the villa with its 3000 square meters; from the front, you can go down through the vast lawn of the garden towards the swimming pool, equipped with a lovely pergola and comfortable sunbeds.
Passiflora is built on two different levels; the main entrance leads to the elegant living room; from this room you can access the furnished terrace for outdoor dining, enjoying the relaxation and the sea breeze on comfortable sofas and armchairs. On the same floor, there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The use of the wood on the floors and in the bathrooms, combined with the neutral colours of the tapestry, creates very welcoming and pleasantly environments.
On the lower level, where you can also find the garden and the swimming pool area, there are two other bedrooms with an en suite bathroom and equipped with air conditioning, each with its own private entrance. Adjacent to them there is the laundry room and a room equipped with a couple of exercise equipment.
The nearest beaches are on a five minutes drive from the villa.
