Lucina has recently been renovated to provide the best modern comfort with the best Italian design furniture and custom local artifacts. In each ambient of the villa, it is possible to take advantage of light-filled rooms and astonishing panoramas. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen is linked to the dining and living area and it is possible to enjoy cooking classes or wine tasting admiring the views all around. Direct access is granted from the living area on two sides: the garden with a lounge and fire pit and the pergola facing the heated swimming pool. The agronomist, cellarman and gardener will be working within the property 6 days a week; usually guests are happy to interact with him regarding the making of the wine, asking to see the cellar and taste the wine and oil which get produced with the products of the villa. However, if you are looking for total privacy, this might not be a perfect match. While being in the outdoor areas, it is possible to hear street noise in the distance.
