Set in a panoramic position overlooking the Assisi valley and the medieval tower Rocca Maggiore, this contemporary design villa is the perfect place for an authentic Italian luxury holiday in Umbria, Marasca, an exclusive 3-bedroom villa for rent in the green heart of Italy, was newly built in 2017 with great attention to details and comfort: the décor is modern and stylish, offering any kind of state-of.the-art facility.
This one-floor villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms, all en suite. All the rooms open to the outdoor areas, creating a natural connection with the surroundings and making the villa very bright and airy.
Part of the garden continues on the rooftop of the villa, where the private swimming is located (with a whirlpool corner and floating loungers) as well as lounges and covered dining areas, a BBQ, and a table tennis.
The property has an excellent music system both indoor and outdoor and is equipped with AC throughout the home automation system allows you to manage all the modern facilities through an iPad, from the surveillance system to the lighting and heating.

Comments: Home in Italy provided excellent service. There were regular reminders of our impending stay , and follow ups.
Marasca is a beautiful villa set in the hills with fantastic views both at sunrise( worth waking up at 6am for this ) and sunset. Easily accessible by car, the directions provided by Claudia and Home in Italy were clear and concise. Claudia and Gloria were warm and friendly. We experienced a tyre puncture in Assisi and immediately were directed by Claudia to her regular workshop.

Staff in the villa: We didn't see any staff. Everything was pristine when we walked in. The owners, Claudia & David (and their daughter Sophie, who speaks fluent English) were there to greet us & show us around. They are wonderful, as is the property.
Cleanliness: Perfectly cleaned & prepared for us on arrival. Linens & dishes seemed new. Beds very comfortable, showers had good flow. Rooms & bathrooms spacious & beautifully designed.
Home in Italy assistance: Home In Italy assistance was very good from the beginning to the end. Serena (concierge) was very helpful in arranging our rental car & directions. It means a lot that they continue to visit each property annually to make sure the standard is maintained.
How would you rate this property?: Rating of property is Excellent & Above Expectation. The views are amazing, you can see the vast Umbrian hills from all around. The pool level & outside seating areas are elegant & comfortable. The living space on the lower floor is beautifully designed, great light & lighting, very modern amenities & aesthetically pleasing in every spot. The pool is kept pristine & the gardens are blooming & lush.

Comments: This villa was like a dream. I hope to return for another stay. The location is excellent - well situated for day trips to many places, yet it's hard to leave such a lovely property!
This is a great floor plan for 3 separate friends or couples. Aside from the fabulous closet & larger bathroom in one, all 3 bedrooms are equal in size, with each one having its own access to walk outdoors.

Villa location: Perfect. We liked that it had close proximity to Assisi but was still in the countryside and felt secluded even though there are other houses nearby. The only thing you see looking out from the front porch or the pool is Assisi in the distance and rolling hills in front of you. It was up the hill, but not too high.
Cleanliness: Very clean. Looked brand new.

Comments: The owners were very helpful, meeting us upon arrival and showing us how everything worked. The pool was pristine each morning. The villa was supplied with all necessary items (e.g. kitchen, a fully stocked laundry room including detergent, iron, etc.). The layout is well thought-out, with the bedrooms all removed from the kitchen and living room. The air conditioning worked extremely well and the villa stayed cool all day. The interior design was both beautiful and functional."
