This luxury 5-bedroom villa with sea view is located in Porto Cervo, the most exclusive area of Sardinia. Rentals at Erica require a minimum stay of 2 weeks during July and August, and 1 week during the other periods.
Porto Cervo covers an area of the well known Costa Smeralda coast. On the hilly part of this town, there are numerous villas scattered in the greenery and the famous Pevero golf course. Among these, surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden, villa Erica enjoys a wonderful view of the Cala di Volpe bay, which looks even more beautiful during the evenings, when the lights inside the moored yachts light up creating a dreamlike atmosphere.
Divided into two levels, this villa offers a pleasant panoramic porch on the upper floor, furnished for moments of relaxation including a table for outdoor dining. Bougainvillaea flowers, a typical Mediterranean plant with a fuchsia colour, are often recurrent in the garden and around the terrace, which creates a frame with the marvellous turquoise color of the sea.
On the lower ground floor, there is also a staff room. The closest village is Abbiadori within one kilometre and it has all the amenities such as restaurants, grocery shops and bank.
