  50% deposit payment is required at the time of booking, 50% balance payment is due 75 days before arrival.

  concierge service, daily availability of three staff members (maid, cook, waiter) from 8.30am to 1.30pm and from 5pm to 8pm - every staff member has 1 day off on rotation per week, change of bed linen three times per week, daily change of bath and pool towels, gardener/maintenance man 8 hours per day, welcome dinner (food included, beverages not included), daily continental breakfast (included items: tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, croissants, marmalade, honey, Nutella, cereals yoghurts, pastries, fruit and bread - if a different type of breakfast is required with eggs bacon, cold-cuts, cheese, sausages, salmon etc., the chef will buy the food and it will be deducted from the given food deposit), porter service upon arrival and departure, air conditioning, heating, final cleaning.

  food deposit of EUR 3.000 for the cost of groceries must be paid upon arrival in cash, based on receipts the property owner will give the remained money in return, public parking EUR 60 per day, extra laundry service EUR 35 per load, city tax EUR 2.5 per person per night by cash on site (not applicable to children under 10 years old), any extra services not specified.
