Facing south, the chalet is surrounded by four thousand square meters of private forest and twenty-four thousand square meters of pasture, where the beauty of nature will enchant you with the joyful presence of foxes, deer, roe deer, hares, and marmots. The property features a helipad and a private ski slope with a surface lift. Inside, the spa houses a pool equipped with an Endless Pools counter-current system, a hot tub, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. there is a 700-meter-long steep driveway up to reach the chalet, therefore a pick-up service from and to the meeting point is included in case of snow or bad weather conditions. The chalet can sleep up to 20 guests, but the dining table and living rooms can host up to 16/18 guests. The caretaker lives in a separate house next to the chalet, privacy is guaranteed. In front of the chalet, it is possible for a helicopter to land. Non-smoking villa, pets allowed.
