pets subject to approval. Due to the value of the villa, number and age of children have to be approved by the owner. Non-smoking villa. Elevator only from lower ground floor to first floor. Fireplace in bedroom 4 cannot be used. Windows in bedroom 3 are soundproofed, but car noise might be slightly heard. The pool is located indoors with no glass walls. The villa is separated from the lake by a public dock. The property is not suitable for children, elderly guests and those with mobility difficulties due to the garden's slopes. Laundry room can be used only by villa staff. The staff lives on the lower ground floor, however, they have a separate entrance, therefore privacy is fully guaranteed.
