Located in Laglio, between Cernobbio and Tremezzo, this welcoming prestigious villa dates back to the 19th century and of that period it preserves splendid glass decorated in deco style on various windows, original floors and a large fireplace in one of the living rooms. It is very pleasant to relax in the shade of the trees and contemplate the calm waters of the lake. Sitting on the stairs of the heated infinity pool, enjoying the hydro massage, listening to the silence in the shade of the intimate garden while admiring the lake, will be one of the pleasant memories of your Italian holiday at Greta.
The private dock gives direct access to the lake, allowing you to visit the various locations by renting a boat. Crossing the lake by boat, you can reach a small typical restaurant and taste local lake fish dishes.
Greta has four double bedrooms, of which three can be transformed into twin bedrooms; all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and are situated either on the first or second floor of the villa. Almost all the rooms located on the three levels of the villa receive natural lights thanks to their fortunate position in relation to the sun. The private parking accommodates up to 2 cars.
The nearest town called Laglio is located at a 1,3-kilometre distance from Greta, which is more or less a fifteen-minute walk, and you can find a gorgeous restaurant on a five-minute walk.

the villa is situated in a residential area, meaning there are neighbours next to the villa, however, while being at the property you are covered and privacy is guaranteed. While being in the outdoor areas you might occasionally hear some street noise. Extra bed upon request in the billiard room. Greta is not suitable for guests with disabilities due to the steps in and outside the villa. Small pets allowed upon request.
