Among our luxury vacation villas in Italy, Felce is an exclusive gem overlooking the undulating shores of Lake Como.
At the top of the village of Torno, this prestigious holiday home dominates the lake from almost a height of 600 meters. Originally a small stone ruin built next to a rock quarry, Felce has been expanded and renovated into a villa for 6 guests, with modern and functional contemporary design furniture. The lower floor boasts a suggestive relaxation room with a sauna/Turkish bath built on the rock. Felce, with its unique location allows clean air and a breathtaking view.
The partially fenced in garden has two parking spaces at the entrance. From there, in order to reach the villa, you need to go up a steep path, therefore, this property is not recommended for guests with mobility problems, and high heels would become a dangerous weapon. The private garden offers an area for meditation and a furnished lounge area for outdoor relaxation. The last few kilometers to reach the property through the village of Torno are on a steeper and narrower road, so a suitable car is recommended.
From the villa, Como is reachable in more or less ten minutes either by car or by boat. You can reach the lake on foot, which will take you approximately ten minutes; a pleasant downhill walk through the old village of Torno, until you reach a lovely little square which overlooks the lake, and where you can have an aperitif or have a delicious dinner at the restaurant.
Golf lovers can reach Villa d’Este Golf Club in approximately thirty minutes by car. The Lugano and Milan airports are about an hour away from the villa.

notes
after entering the property, there is a steep footpath up to the villa (more or less 80 steps), equipped with handrail and an anti-slip carpet, but not suitable for high heels; porter service included upon arrival and departure day. Allowance of small children in the group upon request, due to small unprotected angles on the grounds. The driveway up to the property is narrow and steep. An automatic car is highly recommended, 4x4 recommended during winter. Not suitable for guests with disabilities, due to the steep road towards the villa. Pets upon request. The fireplace in the living room can be used by the guests. The swimming pool is open from April 1st until October 31st and it can be heated upon request (within 15 days prior arrival) and upon extra charge. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 in order to guarantee utmost comfort in the living areas. External chefs or any third-party providers are not allowed at the villa.
