Cosante is a luxury holiday villa located at 5 minutes by car to Garda lake, one of the most beautiful northern lakes of Italy, set within the relaxing countryside within a private fenced in estate of 1.30 hectares. This exclusive Italian vacation home for rent is also conveniently situated on a short drive to the ancient medieval town of Lazise, it is also possible to walk to it through a tarmac road.
From the villa, there is a splendid view of the Lake Garda, which can be admired by the terraces and from the garden of villa Cosante.
The modern style of the interior decoration adds an elegant atmosphere to all the rooms.
Nestled in the hills, the garden of the villa is surrounded by old centuries trees which delimitate it from the rest of the private property.
Walking through pathways among the private vineyards, olive trees, fruit orchards and small vegetable gardens is an invitation to relax.
The villa hosts a maximum of 14 guests (8 guests in double beds, 6 guests in sofa beds). The sleeping area is composed of 4 independent suites with private bathrooms, each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV. Three of the suite bedrooms are furnished with sofa beds.
The dining area is a large and cozy area equipped with all the latest comforts, connected with a well-equipped modern kitchen.
Just outside the sitting room, there is an outdoor dining covered area with a table.
The caretaker lives in a separate entrance in respect of the villa. He will be there only to assist in case of need, respecting totally the privacy of guests. For those who like playing golf, there are 3 golf courses in the area.
