Nearby Masseria Paride there is a botanical garden and they share the same front gate, however, the access to the Masseria has a separate gate for guests only. Gravel road among vineyards in good condition from the gate to the villa. Mobile reception may be unreliable both indoors and outdoors. The beds in bedrooms 2 and 5 are not equipped with headboards. The fireplaces in the bedrooms are for decorative purposes only and cannot be used by guests. Bedroom 6 is equipped with a double sofa bed suitable for children. Both kitchens located in the main villa have access from outdoors only. Laundry room located on the lower ground floor can be used only by the villa staff upon request with an extra charge. Stairs to reach the first floor of the main villa are steep and therefore not suitable for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties.
