This newly restored, four-bedroom villa perfect for weekly rentals is at a six-kilometre distance from the historical centre of Ostuni, the white town in Puglia known for its lively atmosphere, boasting a concentration of restaurants, ice cream and craft shops.
Melaverde has a nice fenced-in garden of more or less one hectare dotted by olive trees, a little vineyard and some fruit trees. The vegetable and aromatic garden are at disposal of the guests of the villa. The two pergolas are set in a good connection with the indoor kitchen and the pool area.
The exclusive position of villa Melaverde allows guests to enjoy the beach life as well as relaxing in the countryside. The nearest coastal area, called Costa Merlata, can be reached within a twenty-minute drive. Characterized by fascinating bays with sandy beaches this part of the coast that borders the Adriatic sea is interrupted by rugged rocky areas.
As an alternative to beach life, touring around the Valle d’ Itria will be easy from Melaverde. There is a lot to explore in this part of Puglia, so it will take you a few days exploring the lush Valle d’Itria or making your way to the south, the Salento area. For those who love beaches within a natural reserve, Torre Guaceto is worth a visit as it is only fifteen kilometres away. The nearest airport is Brindisi, which is thirty-eight distance from the villa.

The villa is located near an asphalted street, meaning while being in the outdoor areas, it might be possible to hear cars passing. Small pets allowed. Smoking allowed only outdoors. External chefs or any other third party service providers are not allowed at the villa unless prior approval by the owner.
