At a 5-minute drive from Porto Cervo downtown, in the heart of the marvellous Smeralda coast, lies this exclusive top luxury coastal villa for rent in Sardinia. Candida is nestled in the promontory of Pantogia, overlooking the Gulf of Pevero, reachable by car in two minutes.
Built in stone and protected by lush Mediterranean vegetation, rich in species, plants of various types and palm trees of various heights, this villa blends perfectly into the natural landscape.
The architecture reflects the taste of its author, the famous architect Savin Couelle, who perfectly managed to harmonize Candida with its environment, creating sinuous walls and protected areas, making the villa very welcoming.
Candida is enriched by a panoramic al fresco dining area with a sea view, as well as two additional indoor dining areas. One is located on the main level in the bright and white living room, which opens onto panoramic terraces through ample windows. The second dining area for up to eight guests is located near the kitchen, fully equipped with an adjacent bar counter, a pizza oven and a grill. From here, guests can enjoy marvellous sea views through the French doors opening onto the terrace with another table seating up to four guests.
Next to the main unit, there is a small stone built house where relaxation and a wellness area have been created. The villa has been recently renovated and furnished with a warm and elegant style.
Candida, whilst enjoying lots of privacy, does not enjoy total silence, it is possible to hear sounds of passing cars coming from the street located below the grounds of the property.
The villa features four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with en suite bathrooms disposed on different levels of the house and is equipped with air conditioning, a Wi-Fi system, Apple TV, safes, a video entry phone, a large Jacuzzi by the pool and a sauna room with a massage bed.

not suitable for people with disabilities, due to several steps. Some street noise might occur in certain outdoor areas. One double bedroom with bathroom and independent access, together with the room with double sofa bed and bathroom are appropriate for the staff ( 4/5 sleeps): one accedes to the kitchen, the other to the laundry room. Non smoking villa, pets allowed upon request. Kindly note that the butler lives on the property, privacy is guaranteed.
