Villa Rossa is a contemporary, luxurious and bright villa for vacation rentals in Sardinia designed around a stunning pool. This high-end holiday home for rent on the Smeralda coast is located on the hill of Miata amidst sculpture-like granite rocks and just above the Pitrizza white sandy beach, one of the most exclusive beaches in Italy.
This villa boasts wonderful sea views, rich gardens and a large flow-through swimming pool located in the middle of the property. The stylish interiors encircle the swimming pool and all bedroom suites lead outdoors so guests never feel closed in or removed from the stunning Sardinian scenery.
This connection with the outdoors is further amplified by floor-to-ceiling windows, and also by the pool, which flows under the house, and is visible. Should guests want to enjoy al fresco dining, at their disposal, are the verandas with relaxing couches, or they can head to the large sitting room which has a stone fireplace, state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and a large wall screen on which to watch movies of their choice.

Since the villa is located within a residential area, there are few villas located behind the property, privacy might be slightly compromised on the sundeck located on the rooftop. The villa is located on different levels, therefore is not suitable for young children. The villa is located in a residential area and there is another property next to Villa Rossa, therefore it is possible to hear neighbours while being outdoors. Bedrooms 5,6 and 7 can be interconnected internally if required. Staff room available with twin beds and bathroom with shower cabin. Laundry room is located in the staff bedroom. Guest house 1 is located just below the main villa, a few steps away. Guest house 2 is located approximately 60 steps down. The property is built on many levels, therefore not recommended for elderly guests and small children.
