Set on a hillside overlooking the sea near Porto Rotondo, the two-level villa is semi-detached, but it is still offering certain privacy in many areas of the garden.
The style of this villa is that typical traditional Emerald coast one, while outdoors, the three-level garden has contemporary furnishings including a white cabana. The villa is completely fenced in and hosts a car parking for one car.
At a few minutes by car, you will find idyllic beach getaways along the Smeralda coast where you can enjoy sun, sand, and waves. Whether you prefer the vibrant life of the Porto Cervo or that one of Porto Rotondo, seaside living along Smeralda coast will never go out of style.

the villa boasts several terraces and solarium areas, with many lounge areas and small bar area, two outdoor covered dining areas, portable BBQ, outdoor kitchen. Saltwater swimming pool with Jacuzzi corner, outdoor showers and changing room with bathroom, private access to the sea (40 steps down, no sandy beach), private pier where it is possible to dive or access with small boats (yacht tender).
