Northwest of Sardinia, south of the town Olbia known for its airport, a group of private luxury villas for vacation rentals are situated in a quiet Italian residential area, located on a gentle hill, overlooking the splendid sea.
Recently furnished with contemporary design furniture, Puntarosa is among the most beautiful holiday villa rentals in the area. At 2,3 kilometres you can find the centre of Puntaldia which offers restaurants, bars, a small harbour, and a supermarket.
This villa is easy to live in during the summer; large sliding windows create continuity between the exterior and interior spaces, and a large portico offers spacious relaxation areas with beautiful sea views.
The main villa of Puntarosa has three bedrooms, including a master bedroom, one double, and one twin bedroom with access only from the outside. The first guest house offers a bedroom with a double bed (queen size bed). In addition, there is a second guest house which offers a twin bedroom suitable for either children/teenagers or staff travelling with the guests. The main villa has a wooden floor and each room is spacious and comfortable.
The geographical area where Puntarosa is located is very requested because of the various numerous white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters located in the surroundings, such as the beautiful beach of La Cinta which is on approximately a thirteen-minute drive, or the beach of Lu Impostu at more or less an eight-minute drive.
In addition to the long swimming pool, in the garden, there is a lovely covered terrace, a large solarium, and a hydro massage in a separate area. There is also a lounge area for those who want to relax in a very special way after a day at the beach.
