The villa is located in a residential area and there are other properties next to Nerina, therefore it is possible to hear neighbors while being outdoors. The laundry room is located below the swimming pool. The fireplace located in the living room is only decorative. Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 have access from outdoors only. Steep road for 50m/0,03 miles in order to reach the entrance of the villa.
