This high end beachfront villa overlooks the bay, famous to travellers and locals for its pristine sapphire waters, a coastal area of southern Sardinia at about fifty minutes from Cagliari, the Sardinian largest city and capital where the airport is located.
This prestigious villa boasts four bedrooms decorated in a modern style mixed with pieces of Sardinian design. The terrace offers a wide view of the sea for almost 180 degrees. A lovely private garden is enriched by some olive trees. In addition to the infinity swimming pool, you can relax in the private area of the beach furnished with cabanas.
As the private villa is managed by a luxury hotel nearby, the rental of the villa comes with a housekeeping service twice a day. On request, you can require a private chef, and use all the facilities of the hotel: service spa and fitness centre, Calcio Soccer School, diving and tennis centre, holistic and sports boot camps, workout program with yoga and pilates, and go to the restaurant offering Mediterranean cuisine with buffet restaurant equipped with show-cooking stations. The hotel is located only a few metres away from the villa.
