The villa spreads over two floors, and it is tastefully furnished. Balsamina features four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and a spacious living area opening onto the pool area and allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views from both inside and out. The villa easily accommodates up to eight guests, making it perfect for a holiday with friends or family.
Outside, the private pool and sun terrace are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the hot Sicilian sun. With sun loungers and tables around the pool, guests can enjoy the serene countryside and sea views while soaking up some sun. The nearest beach is only a few kilometers away, making the villa an excellent spot for a beach and sun holiday.
Balsamina is also in a fantastic location for exploring Val di Noto and southeastern Sicily. Guests can visit beautiful beaches like Fontane Bianche or Riserva di Capo Passero and admire the baroque cities of Siracusa, Modica, and Ragusa.
