Floor-to-ceiling windows allow its guests to admire the sea from two sides of the living room. The villa boasts a heated pool, air conditioning, and a well-designed kitchen. The interiors follow a formula that combines practical comfort, and high-drama visual impact for a design-savvy modern family.
Villa Aria is five minutes drive from Noto, the well-known Baroque town, rich in fabulous churches with incredible architecture, magnificent squares, and splendid signs of a glorious past. For this reason, Noto is today included among the Unesco World Heritage Sites. Besides Noto, the tour along the Sicilian Baroque towns continues in the direction of Modica, Scicli and Syracuse.
At sixteen kilometres the nature reserve of Vendicari is worth a visit. This wildlife oasis will enchant you with its crystal clear water, sandy beach and rocky crags framing the marvellous sea.
