Comments: The villa manager was very very helpful. She had a lot of recommendations for beach clubs, restaurants and garages nearby. She made for us - a large group of 11 people - reservations in restaurants. All her recommendations were great, food and service were wonderful. The villa is unique. Great view, no traffic around, absolutely peaceful. Maybe a second dishwasher would be helpful for such a large group of guests. And more than 3 cars can be difficult to park. The kitchen is very well-equipped, rooms are very comfortable!

Would you recommend your villa?: yes for the location, view and pool… not for the interior which was missing furniture in the living room, and we didn’t have any place to sit outside for cocktails - an outside den, and there is space for it!
Also, the bedrooms were lacking space for clothes…

Comments: House is beautiful. Needs some maintenance on the wood deck, more kitchen stools for the counter, and extermination of ants. Otherwise wonderful! Alessandra was so responsive to all our requests and questions, ensuring we had an amazing time. She went above and beyond for our requests- picking up pizzas, getting groceries, coordinating with the doctor when connor needed medical attention despite it being the doctor’s day off. She also made traveling back to the US incredibly easy with scheduling our covid tests. We got the comfort of being in a villa, with many of the luxuries of being in a hotel.
