Spanning over four hundred hectares between Greve and Panzano in Chianti, this exclusive historic estate for holiday rentals is located halfway between Florence and Siena, offering guests a secluded yet convenient escape into the Tuscan countryside with family and friends.
A true haven for nature and wine lovers, Dalmata is adorned with a simple, linear garden bordered by apple, poplar, bay, holm oak, and linden trees, creating a scenic backdrop for leisurely strolls with a river streaming by the villa. A beautiful green field surrounds the farmhouses and extends towards the sunbathing area, where an infinity pool with a sun-drenched solarium provides the perfect spot for unwinding and enjoying peaceful views. The outdoor spaces include a spacious BBQ area and several al fresco dining tables, ideal for family gatherings or meals with friends.
Luxury holiday home Dalmata is composed of two separate buildings, making it a suitable option for families with children and large groups of up to sixteen people, seeking both privacy and the warmth of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. The whole property includes nine double bedrooms, most of them completed by an en suite bathroom for the utmost comfort.
Both buildings are furnished in a refined country chic style, showcasing exposed wooden beams on the ceilings and a selection of antique and rustic furnishings that create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

pets allowed upon request. Non-smoking villa. The garden is fenced-in, however, there is no gate at the entrance due to the proximity to the river, therefore children must be constantly supervised. Bedrooms 1, 4, 5, 6 and 9 are not equipped with en suite closets. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a small wardrobe. Bedrooms 8 and 9 share the same bathroom. Fireplaces are for decorative purposes only. External chefs and third-party providers are not allowed at the villa.
