pets not allowed. Non-smoking villa. There are other houses right below Saveria, however privacy is fully guaranteed. The villa is located within a historical site therefore there are some old ruins to be found in the garden. The property has two entrances of which one is to be shared with a cottage (rarely lived by a Canadian couple) located at the gate. The cottage is located about 150m/0,09miles from the main villa. Since the garden is built on different levels privacy is mostly guaranteed. Due to the presence of many steps, the villa is not recommendable for elderly guests and small children. Upon request and with an extra cost is possible to convert the cinema room into an additional bedroom for 2 children or teenagers.
