Palazzuolo is a large luxury Tuscan villa for rent built in the 15th century, set on a panoramic and quiet position, in the Chianti region. The location is ideal, lying just about halfway between Florence and Siena and just a short distance from the highway connecting the two cities.
The villa is situated in a thousand-year-old hamlet, surrounded by olive trees, roses and a variety of Mediterranean plants.
The large swimming pool is about 40m from the villa, by the pool, there is a shady gazebo and a changing room with a fridge.
Palazzuolo is flanked on one side by a wide courtyard with a covered pergola and dining table, ideal to dine ‘al fresco’ and admire the stunning view of the surroundings.
The interior furnishings of the property are a delightful blend of modern style combined with antiques, the villa has lovely original terracotta tiled floors.
The kitchen is brand-new and fully equipped, the dining room is spacious with a hundred-year-old fireplace. All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have their own en suite bathrooms.
The owners live next door in a separate house, therefore ensuring privacy for guests, whilst at the same time, they can provide useful local information, to make your experience as enjoyable and authentic as possible.

pets not allowed, two friendly dogs on premises, wine and olive oil can be purchased at the property. On walking distance from Palazzuolo there is the house of the villa owners plus another small house which gets rented out separately, note though that the garden plus the pool area of Palazzuolo is located on the opposite side. Please note that the bells of the nearby church ring every half an hour. External chefs and third party providers are allowed only upon owner's prior approval.
