This luxurious 7-bedroom vacation villa available for weekly rentals is set within a private nature reserve of 1,200 acres. It lies in the southern coastal area of Tuscany, a portion of the region completely different from the iconic landscapes of Chianti. The area is named Maremma, a rugged coastal region that was once a poor country but is now a place for those in search of peaceful beaches and nature.
It was traditionally populated by the Butteri, cattle-breeders who until recently used horses with a distinctive style of the saddle...this was the Italian “Far West”.
The estate provides an exclusive private tennis court, horse riding stables, biking trails, soccer court. They can be enjoyed by the guests of villa Pegaso and of villa Medusa in absolute peace and tranquillity.
For those who like to mix countryside to beach life, the seaside sprawls of Follonica can be reached in 30 minutes, while the more elegant beach of Punta Ala is at 40 mins. Siena can be also visited in one hour and a half.
Immersed in such an oasis of relaxation and amusement it is also possible to experience Italian cooking lessons or massages. But what also makes Pegaso special is the private 18 holes golf course, available only for the guests of two villas and for the villa owners.
Pegaso represents the utmost in terms of luxury and service: beautifully decorated, all of its 7 bedrooms have air conditioning, the bathrooms are spacious, and the living area is generous and welcoming with plenty of space. The estate offers an infinite number of isolated paths in the woods, across the rivers, and around the lakes for excursions and picnics in the middle of nature that will be remembered forever. It is recommendable to visit the Castello on the top of the hill where you can enjoy the view of the land around.
