Indoor, the welcoming living room faces the garden and has a dining area adjacent to the fully equipped modern kitchen. One double bedroom, as well as a massage room which can be converted into an extra single bedroom, are on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are other three bedrooms, all en suite, while the guest house can sleep up to 4 guests.
A very large swimming pool and beautiful olive groves complete this luxury holiday house which is now available for weekly rentals.

The custodian lives on the villa grounds but uses a separate entrance; privacy is guaranteed. There is a villa next to Casale Vallerana which is rarely lived by the owner. Privacy however might be slightly compromised by the swimming pool and from the terrace of bedroom n. 2. Covered parking space for 3 cars. Fireplaces are only decorative.
