short gravel road and easy access towards the villa. From the parking area there are steps down leading to the front door of the villa. The pool is located on the parking level of the garden. While being in the outdoor areas, you might hear a car passing. There are several steps in the garden, therefore this villa is not recommendable for disabled guests. Since the villa has the great advantage of being on such a short distance from Montalcino, the villa has other properties around and in a couple of angles of the garden, the privacy might be slightly compromised. Outdoor surveillance system. It is possible to walk into Montalcino from the villa, but it is approximately a 20-minute walk along the street. There is a wine cellar but the use is for the owners only.
