After travelling north to south across Tuscany for many years to select new luxury villas for our clients’ holidays, we find this part of Italy to be one of the most enchanting of all. Set at the doors of the idyllic Val d’Orcia, the property is among many touristic attractions. The car ride from the villa to Siena (less than a 30-minute drive) is a spectacular experience, surrounded by the inspiring natural beauty of the Tuscan rolling hills. Your senses will feel immersed in the wonder and pervaded by a feeling of extreme relaxation. Florence is about one hour and a half drive away, while in less than a 30-minute drive you can reach other places such as Montalcino, Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia and Bagno Vignoni's thermal baths, well known since by antique Romans.
The villa's hilltop position provides extended 360 degrees views over the Tuscan hills and each bedroom boasts breathtaking vistas.
Restored in 2022, this property includes one hectare of private land; at guests' disposal, an extended manicured garden equipped with many comforts, and above all to be highlighted: a panoramic pergola elegantly furnished with a cosy sitting area and a large terrace built on the west side, where a 6-seat jacuzzi has been placed; the villa's outdoor definitely offers magical moments at sunset. Guests will have at their disposal two outdoor dining areas, one under the porch, conveniently located near the kitchen, and the other one located by the pool is ideal for hosting panoramic dinners while enjoying the stretched views. This area boasts a professional stainless steel kitchen, fully equipped and very well organised. The hammocks and loungers on the covered wooden decks encourage the “dolce far niente” time around the pool.
The home interiors are very functional and well organized, with large bathrooms and spacious bedrooms.
The area is also famous for its Crete Senesi. The clay or chalk, present in the soil, gives the landscape its characteristic grey-blue colour and an appearance often described as lunar.

Dining area with a table for 10 guests and an outdoor kitchen, two wooden hammocks and a lounge area with a fire pit.

1km/0,6miles of gravel road in sufficient conditions, pets allowed upon request (with an additional cost, up to 2 dogs/cats), no smoking indoors. The bathroom of bedroom 5 does not have a door. The pool heating has to be confirmed by clients at least one week before their arrival; the water temperature depends on the weather conditions. The pool cover will be shut by the villa staff at sunset, when the clients will not be at the villa or in rainy and cold weather, to keep the temperature of the water.
