Sought out by wine lovers, Montepulciano is famous for its excellent “Nobile di Montepulciano” which is produced in a number of vineyards in the area around the old town. Elice itself is part of an estate of approx. 35 hectares, 22 of which are planted with vines. You can visit the marvellous wine cellars in contemporary architectural style and sample the wines, as well as visit the Gallery devoted to contemporary art. The wine cellar is 450 metres away and is open for you to visit. A combination of architecture, art and good wine is what one would expect from a holiday in Italy.
Elice's central position renders it quite special: located at 16,7 kilometres from Pienza, and 25 kilometres from San Quirico d’Orcia, you can easily explore some of the most famous sites of Val d’Orcia, one of the loveliest areas of Tuscany.
The authentic beauty of the former farmhouse is evident in the large windows which characterize the living room, kitchen and bedrooms.
They all face the most panoramic side of the house and allow for lovely views of hills and vineyards, presenting a magical landscape.
Each room in the house is furnished luxuriously: the kitchen, in traditional style, is comfortable, spacious and very functional. The living area facing the valley is equipped with the finest furnishings.
Also, all of the bedrooms feature air conditioning and en suite bathrooms.
The kitchen opens up onto the garden and the outdoor dining area with BBQ, from this area you have easy access to the area below where the pool and the pool house are located.

the laundry room is located on the lower floor of the guest house, accessible only from the outside. The villa is located close to a road, you might hear cars passing by once in a while. Due to unsafe stair railing, the villa is not suitable for children under 8. External chefs or any other third-party service providers are not allowed at the villa. The sofa beds located in bedroom 1 and bedroom 4 are suitable for children travelling with parents.
