   50% deposit payment is required at the time of booking, 50% balance payment is due 95 days before arrival.

  to cover any extra services required during your stay, you will be asked to pay EUR 4.000 by bank transfer (to pay together with the balance payment of the villa) and EUR 1.000 in cash at the villa upon arrival. In case you will spend more than EUR 5.000 during your stay, you will be asked to settle the outstanding amount on site by credit card.

  gas for heating, electricity/air conditioning over the consumption of 1.000KW EUR 0,67 per KW, cooking service for 5-course dinner cost upon request min. 20 pax (food included, drinks not included), service time 2.5 hours from 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm, any extra hour is charged EUR 30 per each staff member. Cooking service for lunch on request. Shopping service EUR 50 (plus cost of groceries), extra maid service EUR 20 per hour, after 10:30pm EUR 30 per hour, laundry service on request to be paid upon consumption, extra pool towels EUR 6 each, extra change of linen EUR 18 per double bed, extra change of bath towels EUR 16 per set, extra staff (one or two) for over 26 guests EUR 20 per hour, city tax EUR 1 per person per day (for the first 5 days). All the extras are taxed an additional 22% lodging tax. In case VAT's change or in case of introduction of new local or national taxes, Villa Contessa reserves the right to revise the rates.
