Porcilia is the perfect base point to easily visit the most famous towns of Tuscany.
Located at approximately a five-kilometre distance from the town of Casole d’ Elsa, while Siena, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni are reachable by car within forty minutes, three unique destinations to visit at least once in your life. Porcilia is surrounded by a beautiful panoramic garden with a 360-degree view, joy for the eyes of those who contemplate the beauty of the hills of this part of Tuscany. The property has twelve hectares of land in total where guests can walk through the woods, vineyards and olive trees. All six bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, four bedrooms are located in the main villa, one in the guest house facing the swimming pool, about sixty meters from the main villa, while the annex located next to the main villa offers the last bedroom. The interiors are furnished in an eclectic way with a mix of various Mediterranean styles. The exterior has well-kept spaces, with corners where you can have your privacy from the rest of the group. The infinity swimming pool emphasizes the panorama, while the porch, with its furnished area to eat under the stars, together with the living room, are the most lived-in area of the whole house during the summer. Colle Val d' Elsa is the perfect location for food lovers, besides many traditional restaurants nearby, the area also offers a renowned 2-Michelin stars restaurant, at about a ten-kilometre distance.

"The “home in Italy” service was as always very helpful and accurate; I also liked that I was called a day after arrival for a quick catch up.
The villa was very nice although the dirt road to get there was so bad that it really was a bit of a turn off; it just made any venturing outside unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. While I loved the interior design as well as the exterior, it also includes a ton of little and not so little objects (Statues etc), which I don’t think is particularly helpful for a rental property.
The villa staff was absolutely fabulous; super friendly, helpful and great cooks. Both Cinzia and Deborah went out of their way to make this a memorable week for us."
