Non smoking villa. No pets allowed. All fireplaces in the villa are original and usable for the guests. The caretaker lives at the property, and the entrance to his apartment is situated in the room with the original pizza oven. The pullout sofa beds in bedroom 1 and in the guesthouse can accommodate up to 4 children. There are two large umbrellas at the pool area, shade is provided by these and by surrounding trees if necessary. Garden is not fenced in.
