Behind the simplicity of a typical Tuscan farmhouse, villa Tea reveals in detail the careful restoration of an architect who wanted to maintain the original structure, which dates back to 400 years ago. The furniture, fabrics and the well-equipped kitchen great for cooking lovers, are all designed in order to secure a very comfortable stay.
This villa doesn’t have only a perfect location for visiting Siena, Florence and the Val D' Orcia in a week; the strategic location of this beautiful house offers much more. It is located in an incredible position, South East of Siena (15 minutes driving), also close to the Crete Senesi and the Chianti areas. Near the villa, there are three very important places dating back to the Middle Ages: Castello di Montalto, Monastero d' Ombrone (now a five-star resort and spa, Castel Monastero) and Badia d' Ombrone. These three historical sites are within a good walk from the villa. At Rapolano, a few minutes drive, there are two spas with thermal baths. They are very intoning during autumn and springtime.
The villa is very private and immersed in the silence of nature. Garden lovers will appreciate the variety of roses in the fenced in garden. The house is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and forests. The nearest neighbour is one kilometer away.
At Tea you can enjoy the dry climate and the breeze running through the house in the summer evenings. This is due to the hillside location of the house and the thick texture of the old walls.

the laundry room also has the possibility to have 2 single beds added, to be used as staff room. Note that not all the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. Non smoking villa, pets not allowed. The supermarket at Castelnuovo Berardenga also delivers at the villa at a minimum amount requested.
